| APPLICATION
: |
All kinds of dust, oil and dirt on
the application surface must be removed. Polyurethane Filling varnish
having the above-mentioned components is applied as brought to appropriate
viscosity with Celluloid Thinner (or Polyurethane Thinner) (in weight,
10 - 20%). It is recommended that the product be applied 2 or 3 coats.
It is necessary to wait 1 hour between each coat. The prepared mixture
must be used up in 6 hours. |
| DRYING
TIME : |
Touch dry: 15 - 20 minutes (under 20°
C)
Sandpapering: after 4 - 5 hours

| CONSUMPTION
: |
With 1 kg Polyurethane Filling Varnish
10 - 12 m2 areas can be varnished at one coat, dependently on the surface
and the application method. (Except the losses) |
